This Privacy Notice for Anthony Fucarino (doing business as Roundvu) ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:
- Visit our website at https://roundvu.com or any website of ours that links to this Privacy Notice
- Use Roundvu. Roundvu is a free social coordination service for nightlife. Users create an account, post plans consisting of a selected venue and a time, and see the plans of people they follow in a live feed. Users can organize the people they follow into private tiered groups called Circles and choose, for each plan, whether it is visible to everyone on the service, to selected Circles, or only to themselves. The service also displays a directory of venues with aggregate crowd levels derived from the volume of plans posted, and can send optional push notifications when someone a user follows posts a plan. Venue listings are compiled from publicly available information, and Roundvu is not affiliated with any venue. The service is currently limited to venues in New York City and is provided free of charge.
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

HOW PLAN VISIBILITY WORKS
Every plan you post carries a visibility setting that you choose at the time you post it. Following someone on Roundvu needs their approval. Plans set to "Followers" can be read only by people you have approved to follow you. Plans shared with one or more Circles can be read only by the members of those Circles. Private plans can be read only by you. Circles are private to the person who creates them. If you are a member of someone's Circle, you cannot see that Circle, its name, its tier, or who else belongs to it. Removing someone from a Circle immediately ends their access to every plan shared with it, including plans they have already seen. Plans that are not private contribute to anonymous aggregate crowd levels shown on venue pages. These counts may include plans you are not able to see individually. A crowd level shows a number of people, never their identities. Photos you add to a plan can be seen by anyone who can see that plan, and appear on the venue's page for 12 hours to people who follow you. Location data embedded in a photo is removed on your device before the photo is uploaded. Your photos stay in your profile until you delete them. Comments and reactions you leave on a plan or photo can be seen by anyone who can see that plan or photo, and the person who posted it can delete comments on it. Your profile information - username, display name, photo, bio and home neighborhood - is visible to all signed-in users, along with how many followers you have and how many people you follow. The lists of who follows you and who you follow are visible only to you and to the people you have approved.
